Apartment Iva - Rovinj

The decoration of the hotel was lovely, with beautiful furniture and a cozy atmosphere. The hotel's general areas were easily accessible for senior people like me, with ramps and handrails in place. It made moving around the hotel very convenient and safe.

It would have been even better if there were more activities or entertainment options for senior guests. The children working there were kind and helpful, but it would have been nice to have some organized activities specifically designed for seniors to enjoy during their stay.

Has very comfy bed, slept well...

The location was marvellous, close most amenities.

We liked that they had an iron and ironing board, as well as coffee and tea supplies, and a TV with lots of channels. The place was really nice and beautiful. We got to chat with the owner and they gave us some great advice. 😊

Excellent value, no reason to complain. Very friendly and affable staff at the property, tidy rooms. Room with balcony, a washing machine, good air conditioning. Warm welcome from host. Magnificent and particularly good setting really close to tourism areas, and centre of the town and sea. Btw, located near to Old Town.

iva's attention to detail and communication were exceptional. the bed was incredibly comfortable, the location was conveniently close to the center, and the free parking was a great bonus. we were even pleasantly surprised with a small gift and free donuts in the morning. thanks, iva!

Our host Ivanka was lovely and very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and felt like home from home. It was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony. The location was quiet, yet only a short walk from the beautiful town of Rovinj. There were three supermarkets nearby for convenience.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. We were kinda surprised by the ample parking spaces available and the parking card provided by the host. The facilities in the apartment were great, especially the spacious bedroom and the added convenience of a sofa bed in the living room. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place.

The place was very clean and quiet, and I loved relaxing on the balcony in the evenings. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center. Iva, the host, was helpful and friendly, even speaking Italian! Highly recommended. I would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and minibar. It was like having a mini chef's station right in our room!
